If your question is related to your studies, and how to learn the material faster, my tips would to mark what is most important in the text and make a written summary of the key points. At work I find it very useful to shadow more experienced peers and observe how they handle different situations.

Read! Read everything you can get your hands on. Read about things of interest to you. Read about the lives of people you admire. Go to the library and just browse. This is the best way to learn about your world and things that might peak your interest.
