[closed] How well did your college business education prepare you for your manager position?

Hello,

For those of us with a college education, how well does it play a part of your company, and how does it prepare you for your position? Are there major things that someone needs to incorporate from school when s/he goes into the professional world? Does a business education help much?

to be honest my college did not prepared me for the managerial position and it might be that the theory helps you in your manager job but what is most important is how you can deal with people.
If you have the listening ability and if you can inspire and motivate people :) (not meaning money ;))
