[closed] What are the types of employee confidential information would I need to protect when working?

Hello,

My name is Aimee, and I am a current business senior major in college. My interesting degree is business administration, and my major is management. I would love to learn more about the professional management working world. Therefore it is possible to know more about working with people. When on the job it is an important ethic to not give away sensitive information such as pay rate, where someone lives, and any plans for promotion for morale and security reasons. Are there any other pieces of info. that need to be protected? In addition, I would not want to offend anyone if I was a manager.

In appreciation, Aimee #business #office-management #administration #confidentiality

Social security numbers or employee id's are very important and should be secured at all times if you have access to this information. If you have any related payroll information such as rates, demerits, disciplinary write ups, employee files, etc. should all be secured at all times.
