My name is Aimee and I am a business major at Concordia University. I am a senior and so far I have an associate's degree in business administration. I am soon about to obtain my bachelor's degree in administration. I have been working out for approximately 8 months now, and have not given much thought to replacing salts and nutrients after a sweat session. What types of available options are there for those of us who are dedicated to the topic of working out nutrition.
