[closed] Which is better for being nutritionally healthy and translating this to better business: nutrients from pills, or the nutrients from fruits?

Hello,

My name is Aimee and I am a business senior major with a concentration of management and a major of management. I love to learn about business principles because not only do I relate it to school work, but I can also relate it to real life. For example, people can use management skills to save themselves from using too much time doing a certain task. I have heard that eating right can make someone feel better, work better, and raise their quality of life to the point where they can focus and have a better mental picture of what they want to accomplish. Ever since I started eating right and exercising more, I practiced doing it so I have personally noticed the change for the better. However, one thing that I am sure that it hard to do is getting enough nutrients daily. Is it better to eat nutrients in a pill form, or naturally?

Thanks,
Aimee #business-administration #nutrition #wellness

Nutrients from pills are useless if you are not using any natural source from which nutrients can be extracted.
most of the pills just act as precursors for absorption of nutrients from your diet.
they doesn't even have minimal amounts to fulfill your body needs besides, some people fails to absorb any nutrient from pills.
they should be taken in situations where a doctor prescribes you or when even after taking from natural source through your natural diet doesn't help in

anyway.
