[closed] What are some of your values that you live by and how can you incorporate them into the office?

Hello,

My name is Aimee and I am a current business senior at Concordia University with an associate's degree in business administration. I am also pursuing a bachelor's degree in management at the moment. Therefore, while I am in college I would like to request information, volunteer, and make the most out of the time that I am in school so that I can learn many concepts. Some values are respecting your elders, rising up to a call of action when someone is upset and or sick/injured, and obeying the law. However, I believe that sometimes the law needs to be changed. For example, many innocent people are locked away for minor crimes. What are some of your beliefs that you can incorporate into the office where you work?

Sincerely,
Aimee #business-administration #business-management #leadership #office-management #job-coaching

NIRMALA’s Answer

Hi Aimee:

Our work ethics is the most important value in the office. Companies value their employees if they are truthful, honest ,trustworthy and loyal. Good customer service, punctuality and hard work is very important. Also getting along with everyone, respecting others, positivity, and team work is very important for success. Negativity and gossip are extremely bad for the work environment and sometimes companies let go those types of employees.
