Hey Tyler - I'm not a neuropsychologist but I did learn a little about them when I was in grad school and my own experiences. These people work to assess, understand, and treat brain injuries and disorders. They can work in research and treatment of patients. I had a friend who was treated by a neuropsychologist because of a brain injury suffered in a car accident. The neuropsychologist administered tests and exercises to diagnose reduced brain capacity. The neuropsychologist also developed a rehabilitation regiment to help my friend gain back as much of her brain capacity as possible. It was a really interesting job.

Hope this helps.

Scott
