I don't believe the FBI has Medical Examiners and from what I read they use city and state resources where needed.
https://www.fbi.gov/services/laboratory/laboratory-positions lists all the FBI lab type of positions.
https://www.fbijobs.gov/career-paths/special-agents/FAQs has info on becoming an agent. According to https://www.allcriminaljusticeschools.com/law-enforcement/fbi-agent-interview/ only 5-7% of applicants become agents. So you'll want to have a plan B and C in case you don't get accepted.
