Gladys’s Answer

Hi Jonas,

Personal trainers help people improve their health and fitness by creating exercise programs based on each person's goals. Depending on the client, they may provide strength training, weight loss programs, flexibility and mobility exercises, sports performance training, or general fitness coaching. They also teach proper exercise techniques, help clients stay motivated, and encourage healthy habits.

If you're interested in becoming a personal trainer, I'd recommend talking to trainers at your local gym or fitness center to learn what a typical day is like. Many trainers also earn certifications through organizations such as NASM, ACE, or ISSA before starting their careers.

If you enjoy helping others, staying active, and motivating people to reach their goals, personal training can be a very rewarding career. Best of luck as you explore your options!

Hi Jonas, The Personal Trainer I work with provides me with a details workout plan to complete at the gym 45 mins of weight training and 50 mins cardio. Also, a meal plan. My trainer tracks my progress and discusses my goals. We talk about any obstacles I am facing. Also how to make sure I am doing the movements correctly at the gym I providing a PDF and videos. Some trainers are in person mine is remote. I recommend looking up IFBB Pro which is what my trainer is and competes under for classic physique. If you can have an adult look up some personal trainers are Instagram or go into your local gym and talk to one about how they got started. Degree in nutrition/dietitian is very helpful.
