Keep an eye out for hiring percentages! When I was looking for colleges I never paid attention to how many of their students they were actually placing in jobs after graduation. With time I learned that, while some companies may be impressed by name, many are not and are more impressed with your skills. So I started looking for the best curriculums and how many students were actually getting jobs after graduation.

The first thing to keep an eye on is the pricing. Be sure to research what the curriculums on offer are and see if the price matches. The second big thing is to look up the post graduate aid. Some colleges and universities help their graduates with job hunts, internships, job fairs and even job placement. Lastly it's always good to research how college life is for those looking to live on campus. What's in the area, how are the people and local life are good to keep track of with regards to feeling safe and welcomed.
