Daniel’s Answer

A typical masters degree takes 6 years. Sometimes if you do your masters and undergrad together it will only be 5 years but usually 6.

Ryan’s Answer

It's possible to double major in both Peformance and Education, and get that done in 4 years. Then you'll need two additional years for the Masters in Performance (like what Daniel said in the previous answer). But getting a Master's in education will take longer because you will most likely not be accepted into an Education Master's program unless you already have at least a couple years of teaching under your belt. You'll need to send in some video of you teaching in the classroom, for instance. So 6 years to get your undegrads and first Master's, then say 2 years of teaching, then you can do 2 years for the Education Master's. That's 10 years total. It's ambitious but also reasonable and doable.
