Hello! My name is Jaydon and I am a
current high school student. I'm
conducting an interview with any
professional in the Medical and Legal field for a
Foundations in Health Science Class
project about careers! I have created
a total of 13 questions. Comment on

1. I chose this profession when I was in nursing school. I spent the summer in the operating room. The anesthetist was competent and her work fascinated me. 2.4 years to earn my bachelor of science then 27 months for my graduate degree. Now they will require 36 months to earn a Doctorate of Nursing Practice. 3. I worked as a registered nurse in several areas for eight years. You must include 1 year of some level of an intensive care unit experience to be a nurse anesthetist . 4. The time you spend in college will help you decide on a PhD career route. 5. Refer to answer 2 6. See the answer to question 3. 7. Yes I shadowed a nurse anesthetist aft the hospital I worked at. That is usually good to put on your application to go into anesthesia training. Have the person you shadow write about your day with them. 8. Yes usually professionals join their professional organizations. I belong to the American Association Nurse Anesthesiology 9. Yes statistics was difficult for me. 10. The skill set I learned in my trading was how to save lives. 11. Yes there were times that I wondered what it would have been like to chose another career paths. I always come back to where I am and forget the daydreaming. 12.No my profession does not marginalize others. 13. Yes it is worth it to help others join my profession
