Did you ever shadow a professional within your career field (Pharmacy)? Ever followed someone else's steps?

Hello, My name is Ray. I'm currently in high school conducting an interview with individuals within a certain career path. The career path that I have chosen is the career of Pharmacists. I want to get better insight on what the career entails. In order to gain the insight, I am going to ask a plethora of questions towards the career of Pharmacists.

I never shadowed a pharmacist but would strongly suggest shadowing at least 1 retail and 1 hospital pharmacist while you are in high school for anyone considering going to college for pharmacy. While I was in college our Intro to Pharmacy/PA class required us to shadow either a pharmacist or PA (depending on what we were majoring in). I was a PA major at the time and shadowing a PA showed me immediately that I was no longer interested in that...I should have done it while in high school.
