There is a website called: Scholarships.com
There you're able to see a directory of available scholarship and you can also narrow down my your state. I am not sure if city is possible. You can also reach out to your school counselors

Instead of aiming for a 1000 dollar scholarship, challenge your mind to strive for a 10,000 dollar scholarship. Train your mind to aim higher than what's currently needed. This way, your mind gets used to or forms the habit of aiming for the stars even when you're just looking at the moon.

Cultivating this habit will require developing several other habits. These include getting comfortable with hard work, exercising self-control, practicing mental discipline, and reducing time spent on unproductive activities. Recognize the value of time and understand that once it's gone, it cannot be retrieved.

Being aware of the irreversibility of time will make you more conscious about how you spend it, avoiding wasteful, irrelevant, and unproductive activities. These habits will pave the way for success in any endeavor.
