Personally, I have different courses have done online and been driven with my personal desires and passion. As for anyone else I can't picture the exact interest. On-line course selection was relatively new towards the end of college years,but it has been very useful in maintaining professional education development hours to keep professional licenses current for each state. Education is a opportunity and a necessity regardless of your career path. On-line courses allow you to plan your curriculum around daily obligations, transportation restrictions and remote locations. I have observed that self discipline to allow 2 hours of self/group study time minimum for each class hour within the allocated period of time. Stay current with class lesson plan and don't rely in last minute cramming to pass courses. You can miss out on important information and may not be able to get answers to questions if you procrastinate. Take action on your needs, ideas and desires within 5 minutes of inception or milestone flash. It will facilitate improved productivity and efficiency.

I have successfully finished numerous courses centered on Inclusive Leadership, Ethical Role Modeling, Tackling Unconscious Bias as a Leader, and Promoting Civility in the Workplace. Many of these valuable courses are available on LinkedIn Learning.

I concentrate my learning efforts on situations that make me feel uneasy, where I might not know what to say or how to guide a conversation. Gaining these skills, whether I've needed them in the past or not, empowers me with confidence when facing challenging situations. Consider it as Future Forward Learning!

I persist in taking Business Writing and Communication courses, as well as those tailored to my profession. This helps me build a strong foundation to draw upon, ensuring I'm well-equipped for success.
