What school would be best to go to in order to become a forensic scientist?

I want to be in the science field, and I think this is the best option for me.

This is a very important question to ask and the answer depends on what you want to do in forensic science. For example, you may want to go into latent prints or you may want to do toxicology and different programs will be better for each one. Your best bet is to look at FEPAC this is a group that was started by the American Academy of Forensic Science that evaluates schools to make sure that they will cover what you need to get a job. If you're in school, reach out to your guidance counselor. S/he'll be able to point you in the right direction. You can also contact an organization you'd like to work for like the police or FBI and set up a 20 minute appointment to ask them. Take a list of questions and see what they say.
