What steps should I take to become a pararescueman? I am a 15 year old female in the 10th grade and I want to know what I should do to start becoming a pararescueman. How early should I start preparing? What is the minimum ASVAB score to be able to become a pararescueman? Tips on preparation??

Zakiyah - You need to be in excellent physical shape. The failure rate is around 80%.
What I would do is talk to an Air Force Recruiter and get the information and suggestions from them. If they don't know the answer they can get if for you or point you in the right direction.
Here is a list of the minimum requirements from the following website:
https://www.military.com/military-fitness/air-force-special-operations/air-force-para-rescue
I do not know if they are also the female candidates requirements:
The number in () are what you should strive for not just the minimum. 1.5 mile run in 9:47, they would like you to do it (sub- 9 minutes.
2 x 25-meter subsurface swim, no time limit
500-meter swim in 10:07 or less (sub-9 minutes)
30-minute rest
1.5-mile run in 9:47 or less (sub-9 minutes)
10-minute rest
10 pull-ups minimum (20)
Two-minute rest
58 sit-ups minimum (100)
Two-minute rest
54 push-ups minimum (100)
