Hello there,

You should know what you are going to do next. First you must know your talents and passion; because you will decide what you will do, what your job will be in the future, and how you can have numerous plans about your career (salary, job duties, etc.) Initially, you should create a list of your interest(s), so that you can find your best talent with your passion. Then you should have a plan of your a-route career, which you can move further. While planning, you should ask yourself what do you do, which career is the best for you, how you apply for the job (match with your soft and hard skills and interests and emotional intelligence with the job description from X company - if does not work, you may continue with other company’s job descriptions), how to build your profile for your career (volunteering, internships, part-time job experiences - if you have not experienced any of these yet, you should do in this or next year). You may add your questions in the future.

I hope this helps

Not everyones the same. Some people are introduced to things at an early age, for others it takes many years before they find what they want. One way you can start figuring it out is just simply ask yourself, even write it down if you want. What brings me joy or has brought me joy? Then ask yourself, why does those things or that thing bring me joy? What will happen is you will start to uncover and open up to what it is you enjoy and bring a better understanding of it to your experience.
Now if you can't think of anything or you feel like the things you thought of aren't anything you feel is right then thats okay. Just keep exploring start looking for hobbies and interests and experiment. The great thing about life is that there is so much to explore and you dont even have to go far out to explore what is meant for you. But don't force anything. It's okay take your time to figure things out, there is no rush.
Another way to help figure out what you want to do in life is to notice everything in your everyday experiences. What is sort of repetitive. What people tend to miss is that life is always throwing answers your way but its sort of hidden but also in plane sight. Just go through your days with the question of "what would I enjoy to do with my life?" The answers that will pop up can be in the form of words spoken or written, TV, books, art/designs, or even the thoughts in your head.
Whatever it is that you are meant to do in life will come to you at the right time. Just have patience and trust.

Rhiannon’s Answer

The first step is finding something you’re passionate about. Something that lights a fire in you that you get excited about waking up to do everyday. Think of things you enjoy, that bring fulfillment, that fill you with pride. Think of your natural skills and unique abilities that may be of service to others. Think of areas that are in high demand, where there is always a need. And finally choose an Avenue that will sustain your desired lifestyle. Make it work for you!

Karen’s Answer

You really don't have to decide your future until much later and keep in mind that many people have several careers in their lifetime. Good to have conversations with others about why they chose their area of interest. You can do some volunteering to experience working with various teams and to build some experience for your future resume.

When asked about your future, you can say you are exploring a variety of things and keeping your options open.

With every good wish.
