Embarking on a career is a significant step, but it doesn't have to be postponed until after college. You can kickstart your professional journey during your college years by leveraging summer internships. These opportunities can be found through your college advisor or other educational resources.
Internships serve as an excellent platform to gain a deeper understanding of your chosen career path. Many of these opportunities come with a stipend, which is an added financial benefit for college students. Moreover, internships can pave the way for job opportunities right after graduation, offering a variety of options!

Zeniaizu -- I presume you are asking whether you have sufficient experience upon graduating from college to begin a professional career. There are several considerations here. One is that once you enter your chosen profession you will be working in that field for a long time. In other words, if your finances permit, you might give thought a gap year or two before you seek permanent employment. It is so much easier and cheaper to travel while you are young.
Two, you much assess your readiness to enter the profession you seek. In an employment interview, you must make the case that you have the skills, personality and judgment to make a difference to the employer. If you feel you need to build upon your experience in the working world, an unpaid or low-paid internship makes sense -- again if your finances permit. Otherwise, general experience in the working world can help you understand the demands and environment of the working world. Many young people have started their employment life with part-time jobs from temporary employment agencies -- firms that place employees in companies for a limited time. These part time jobs give an employer experience with you and your abilities and sometimes lead to an offer of permanent employment.

The conventional approach is to begin your job hunt after graduating from college. As you enter your senior year, you can start exploring job openings through your college's placement office or online job portals like indeed.com. Once you graduate, you're ready to start working.
Alternatively, you can start working during your college years through a co-op program. This allows you to gain practical experience while studying. To find such opportunities, you can again turn to your college's placement office or online job platforms like indeed.com.
Remember, your college grades are important, so strive for the best! Good luck!
Best Regards,
Sushanta
