Hello aaliyah,

If you are a new job worker at the company, and would like to keep your job, you must be tested by a bunch of co-workers, and head of (that) company (with 30-60-90 days test). If they think you are fit enough for them, you can pursue your career. If you work harder than everyone else, you should know that you should work smart instead. The reason is that there will always have a worker who will use more practical solutions and strategies than you imagine. You should not even let your co-workers be friend with you; they will not be your friends, nor enemies - but you must know that do not expect them to treat you as friends. You can meet and greet them, and collaborate with them, but not let you will be friends with them. These strategies will keep you the job, and you can continuously work at (that) company.

I hope this helps.
