Humans are the most complex set to reckon with.
We get to meet and work with people of different gender , perception, attitude on daily basis .
Definitely you will meet the good , bad and ugly . This demands restrategising on how you can manage lifestyle. , attitude and various perceptions.
Talking about different age range , maturity lies not in age thus , doesn't take by surprise. This further buttress the point of developing ways of management cause it encompasses culture , race , gender , attitude , perception , background etc.
I work in hospital. Hence , I meet people everyday ,both the young , adults and the aged which demands diplomacy in dealing with them.
The people I work with , I keep it at work principles and ethics , nothing more and nothing less.
One good advice is that one should learn to build good relationships with the people in contact though , not possible and applicable to all.

Hello! Working in human services is not just rewarding, but it can also stir up emotions, requiring a great deal of professionalism and maturity. Human services span a wide spectrum, with various organizations needing different types of services. My own journey has led me to work with diverse groups such as seniors, at-risk youth, probationers, asylum seekers, vulnerable communities, and the homeless. I've also worked under government contracts with medical staffing agencies and non-governmental organizations. The field is vast, with roles ranging from social workers to emergency responders, shelter workers, and child protection officers. The pay scale is equally diverse, ranging from volunteer work to six-figure salaries. The most valuable lesson I've learned is that no matter how small or unnoticed, you're making a significant difference in someone's life.
