Good news, Yong - I searched "graphic design internships usa" and got over 400 results from two major job search engines (Indeed and Glassdoor). In the Indeed.com link, several were remote. Would that interest you or would you prefer to actually come to the United States? If so, is there a particular region you are interested in? You may be able to limit your search geographically.
This seems to be a prime time to search for Summer, 2024 internships so I would respond promptly to what you see. Also, as James said, I would compile your portfolio right away if you don't already have one. Also, many larger companies post internship opportunities on their careers website. My own employer, IBM, has an intriguing program you may want to check out -- see link below.
Also, be sure you also use any career services that your college provides.
