Hello,
Going to a trade school is a great option and probably the easiest way. However, you can also look at electrical companies' websites because they sometimes offer apprenticeship programs. From what I know, these programs usually require you to pass an exam, likely Algebra, to qualify. Once you finish the program, you are guaranteed a job.
