Yes! But it will ultimately depend on the school and if they offer the class online. For example if you're going to community college its highly likely they will offer introductory biology classes online. I studied at Florida Atlantic University, and had the option to do some of my classes online, but most if not all colleges offer them. I think the best way to determine if the classes are good would be to do research on the professor who's teaching, there are plenty of online communities that are dedicated to reviewing professors and their classes, I suggest doing research like that first before you sign up for the class!

There are a ton of Biology courses out there to be discovered as well as zoology (though these specific courses are possibly a little less just because the specific area of study). Research what online school you want to go to and they should outline courses for you. Also, when you enroll at a school, you should be assigned an advisor (may have a different title) and their job is to ensure you are signed up for the proper classes for your major. Good luck in your choices and future!
