I love criminal justice and learning about criminal offenses. I want to pursue it as a career but I also want to be in a business environment.
Investigation has piqued my interest and I have looked at a Human Rights Investigator as well.

Decide what you would like to end what would keep your interest remember that some places uiu chose to work gir will have hours that may not be good for your personal life or work in the private sector on fraud or buisness crimes or work for depsrtments that investigate that

You have a very unique and wonderful pairing of career choices ! The first thing that comes to mind blending crime and business environment would be for you to become an Attorney. That is a seven year duration of study. The second idea I have for you is to aim to become a Prison or Corrections Administrator. Depending on what you decide, and whatever you do decide, I would advise that you should go for a college degree, a Bachelors or a Masters would be suitable, depending on how long you'd like to attend college. The further you go with studying, the more your career opportunities will be. Although this next one will have a casual environment, you could always consider being a Crime Writer. Since you've already looked into being a Human Rights Investigator, that's a great start ! I would advise getting the Masters Degree although people get work for this with a Bachelors Degree. You would have to work for a while for experience and than apply for the career jobs. It sounds like a great choice !
Try not to be too concerned about being in a high corporate type environment. When you love the work, you won't care about the physical structure of where you'll work and you would work in various environments. You'll have time to be business-like during presentations and meetings that you give. Define your idea of "business environment" - make a list on paper. As you study for your career, you may see that you can sometimes be in that type of arena but not all the time. As a Human Rights Investigator, you may work on the road and out in the field for certain things, but that's something that your courses will cover while you are in college.
