The reason I’m asking that is because I’m done with high school and I want to know the reason of why is it important to go to college after high school.

I think college is important if it will help you move towards your goals. College doesn't automatically mean you will find success. If you are doing it with the hope a degree will help you get a job, you may find yourself in a world of others who are also hopeful. I think a college degree is something you should work towards if it is needed for what you are working towards.
I am a big fan of getting a job and taking a few classes along the way. You can build up some equity with a firm while getting a degree to help you take the next step.
If a degree is part of an overall plan, do it! If you are doing it with the hope it could lead somewhere, I would urge caution.

It's important to learn a trade or get a college degree that awards a degree and entry into a career. An example of a trade is becoming an Electrician. An example of a degree that gives you a career is a Speech Pathology. If you are a good salesperson you can do well with just a high school diploma. It is important to continue your education after high school.

I believe there is a stereo type that still lingers today that college is part of the life process… high school, college, marriage, then children. Of course it isn’t written in stone, but there is also the issue that not attending college doesn’t give you the knowledge and education you need to make a sustainable living. Having that degree tells employers you have a large amount of knowledge they need and feel would be a good asset to their company, that you are eager to learn, and stand a better chance of being hired than someone without that degree. If you have a passion, pursue it and don’t be afraid or feel you are waisting your time, especially if you have the financial means. There are people who would love to go to college, but may not have the tools they need.
