I would definitely recommend the McGuire program at University of Arizona. It is one of the most practical program and ranked in top 5 programs
That's funny you say that, I am from Tucson and I take classes for the Young Entrepreneur's Academy in the Eller building. I like it a lot and have met the dean. My predicament is that I really want to go out of state, but I have connections here, and it's a good program...

Entrepreneurship as a subject tends to go with strong business schools. You will probably have good courses on entrepreneurship at various schools even if they don't have full majors on the subject. So I would look for schools with good MBA programs or are well known for supporting startups or small businesses either started by students or within the community.
