How can I connect my work in local food systems and social media outreach to a future in sustainable international policy or food justice?

I'm currently a college sophomore studying International Affairs and French, with a strong interest in sustainability and food justice. I work at a local farmers market. A lot of my work involves social media, newsletters, and outreach, helping connect people to local food systems and supporting small-scale producers. I’m also a Service Intern and have over 460 hours of community service experience. Long-term, I'm passionate about global equity, sustainability, and finding ways to make food systems more just, especially in under-resourced communities. I'd love advice on how to turn this mix of grassroots service and communication work into a career in international policy or nonprofit food justice.
