What career paths naturally fit a combination of Psychology + TV & Cinema / Media?
Hi, I’m currently in Class 10 (India) and I want to plan my career thoughtfully instead of choosing something randomly. After 10th, I plan to take Arts in 11–12, with Psychology as my main subject. along with that I will also be starting UGC (user generated content) and personal social media account. I’m deeply interested in: understanding people and behaviour communication and storytelling media, visuals, and how content affects emotions and decisions I’m considering Psychology as my major and TV & Cinema / Media Studies as a minor for my bachelor’s degree. I enjoy being creative, explaining ideas, working with people, and observing how audiences react to stories, content, or messages. I’m less interested in coding, heavy maths, or purely technical roles. I’m disciplined, comfortable expressing myself, and willing to build skills early through internships, certifications, and real-world experience alongside my studies. My questions are: What career paths naturally fit a combination of Psychology + TV & Cinema / Media? What kind of roles or industries should I explore that use both human understanding and creativity? What should I focus on during 11–12 to make the most of this background later? I’m open to suggestions and would really value insights from people with experience in these fields. Thank you for your guidance.
