Enzo Fabiano

My first Enbridge role was within the Corrosion Group as a field technician, which was not the role nor the company I had visualized working for in my youth. However, fast forward 28 years (YIKES) - I am currently the Supervisor – Construction Project Management within the Northwest Area. To date, I have held 13 different roles during my Enbridge tenure, where some were an easy transition while others were a very steep climb, leaving some battle scars. When I look back, every role presented different challenges and experiences for me, including the many positions I had applied for and I didn’t get. I value both the negative and positive experiences I’ve encountered as they’ve all shaped me to the type of person/leader I am today.

I am still unsure as to how it happened, but I used to be the ‘young guy’ around these parts and now, not so much. In hindsight, I’m extremely happy that I applied to Enbridge so many years ago, even if I didn’t have the foggiest clue what the job entailed.
