I’m a Economist and Business Administration Professional, highly interested in Strategic Product Development and Customer Satisfaction, with primary experience in Banking Industry, 10 years on the Commercial front managing high profile clients and leading a commercial and operations team as Branch Manager; and 2 years working on Product Management leading the marketing activities for the product, training programs for the sales force, and projects centered on increase revenues and profit, and reduce costs and process time.
Having worked almost 12 years in Financial Services, I decided to go one step forward and landed in Dubai, UAE, for studying my MBA at Hult International Business School to broaden my business skills.
Keeping my interest in bringing a customer-centered experience, I’m now part of PwC Middle East performing 3 years now as a Manager on Customer Strategy for Consulting Financial Services Line of Service.
