How can I tell as a high school student that I'll be able to complete undergraduate and medical school without getting discouraged?

I'm currently in 11th grade, but I've wanted to become a pediatrician for as long as I can remember. I get stressed and burnt out somewhat easily, although I'm also an overachiever. Any advice if I'm worried about med-school?
