What minors complement a marketing degree?

I will be studying marketing in the fall and am wondering what minors can help with my degree and getting a job after graduation. I am especially interested in food marketing.

Hi! I studied both Marketing and Data Sciences. If you like working with data and the analytical part of marketing, a minor in that area would be a fantastic addition. On the other hand, if you're drawn to the creative side, like design, then graphic design or art would be a perfect match for a marketing major. I would recommend also adding Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), Consumer Behavior, Consumer Research, Audience Segmentation or any other classes or projects that focus on consumer wants/needs/behaviors. The category can be competitive in terms of "mind share of the consumer" so anything you can add to your class mix to help you dig into the consumers end-experience and breaking through the clutter of other brands in that space will be immensely helpful to you.
