Hi Riley! Have you thought about going to another country for college? Check out programs in Germany—they offer free education for everyone, no matter where you're from. Many courses are in English, and top companies like Mercedes, Audi, Porsche, Bayern, and Siemens often support students with expenses. Plus, the government provides free German classes in your first year, so you can easily settle in. And if you're considering other options, Canada is a great choice too. It's more affordable than the US and offers quality education. Best of luck with your College education!

There are plenty of ways to help pay for college! If you're still in high school, focus on getting good grades. This can open doors to merit scholarships and state programs that cover tuition costs. For example, Florida's Bright Futures can cover up to 100% of tuition at public universities.

Be sure to team up with your advisor to look for scholarship opportunities. You'll be amazed at how many are available and what you need to qualify.

If you're working, check if your employer offers financial help for tuition. Many companies support their employees' education.

Another option is joining the military. They can help pay for your schooling while you serve your country and gain a great education.

You've got this!

Hey Riley! That's a fantastic question! I recommend looking into scholarships and financial aid options. There are plenty available that can help pay for tuition. You might even find scholarships through the college you pick! Also, lots of employers offer tuition help, even if you're working part-time. Good luck with your college journey and future career!

Hi Riley,

Here is what I did (and my kids) and what I would advise:

1. Find the school with the best value - that could be a local Jr. College or state school.
2. Look for money you can get from the school such as scholarships, on campus work programs - like tutoring, working in the bookstore, etc. Sometimes you do have take out loans.
3. Work a job in retail to start because it has the most flexibility on who they hire and hours you can work, etc., then pick an education that will help you up your income potential such as finance, CPA, math, engineering, etc. There are career paths that have great internship possibilities.

See if there is anyway to start a savings plan - even just a few dollars saved now will be so much more later in life.

However, don't let this be your only guide. Follow your heart - it will all work out.

- Shaun
