Hello! Feeling stressed about school is totally normal, so take a deep breath and let yourself feel it. You've got the power to handle this! Start by using tools to help you. Try a tracker to keep your tasks organized by due dates and importance. Set deadlines for yourself to stay on track. Work in small steps and remember to take breaks. As you make progress, the stress will likely ease. Often, stress comes from worrying about what needs to be done, not the task itself. If you’re having trouble understanding something, reach out to your teachers during office hours. You can also use resources like Khan Academy or find great videos on YouTube. For example, if differential equations in math are tricky, search for a video on YouTube and watch how it’s done! Remember, you have more control than you think. You've got this!

One other thing I want to remind you is that you are NOT alone! Most schools have additional resources available to students who need help to fully understand their coursework. This might look like student tutoring, office hours with the instructor, etc. Ask your instructor what resources are available. If nothing is available you can also create your own study group! Grab some of your peers from class and see if there's a way for you to help each other.

Please reach out to resources in school which can help you. Also there might be students in the class who are doing extremely well and politely ask them to spend some time wit you.
