Great question!
To find a job, start by checking the legal age and labor laws in your area. These rules will tell you if you're eligible to work.
Today, there are many ways to earn money. Begin by researching job opportunities. Talk to your Guidance Counselor, parents, siblings, or friends for advice. Think about your goals: Do you want to learn new skills, improve your talents, or save money for the future?
Most importantly, reach out to your network of friends and family to get ideas and guidance on what jobs you can do and how to apply for them.

Wow - this will be best answered by others. I can tell you that you'll likely need a work permit; I don't know what the age requirement is, it may change state to state. This from California:
Minors employed in the state of California must have a Permit to Employ and Work (commonly referred to as a “work permit”). Work permits are typically issued by the school where the student is enrolled. Minors entering the state from other locales will have to contact the school district local to where they will be staying in California to see if that district will issue them a work permit, even though they are not enrolled there. Local District policy will determine whether a work permit can be issued. Only work permits issued by a California school district are valid in California.
