James’s Answer

My wife is a nurse. She went back to school at 38 to get her BSN.
I hope you are looking to get into Nursing for the impact you can have on people's lives.
The schooling is rigorous, many papers (10+ pages). The practical labs are so important to demonstrate your knowledge of the procedures. It will be worth the time and effort if you have the calling to help and care for people in need.
I wish you luck in what ever choice you decide to follow.
