How to figure out career?
What do I do if I still don't know what I want to do for a career? I'm currently working and plan to work during college, but its not something I'm passionate about and I want to discover what it really is that I would love to do for the rest of my life. Any tips or paths I can take? Maybe ways to narrow my options? #Spring25

Bloom where you are planted! One thing I learned a long time ago is you'll rarely find the job market matches your expectations. Be open to starting with a company and finding things that you can impact and be passionate about making a difference. Look for the people who are passionate as well in the org and gravitate to them.

Remember, you're not stuck with just one path. I didn't know what I wanted to do at first either. I picked finance because it caught my interest, and I thought, at the very least, I’d learn to manage my money well. Since then, I’ve explored various careers. Don’t hesitate to step outside your comfort zone. You might be amazed at where you find yourself.

Hey There!
You need to align what you like to do, what you hate to do and what you are willing to sacrifice in order to keep a balance.
Once you figure this out, your options will be more clear.
My advice may look a little ambiguous but once you figure it out it will clear a lot of stuff for you.
Regards!

I know many of my peers started down one career path and ended up taking a turn into something else. I know I did. So, start with general studies and give yourself permission to explore your options while you look for the areas in which you have a natural curiosity.
