Why do I feel more tired in college?

I have an 8am (advanced general chemistry), but I actually like waking up for that. I sleep more than 6-7 hours per day, I eat healthy, I don't drink coffee or energy drinks, but I always feel so drained that the end of the day... I've noticed that if I don't wake up early, I feel even more drained throughout the day.

I honestly believe that I did a lot more in high school and felt fine, but I have healthier habits and a better social life in college but I feel more drained...

Thank you for question. This is a question of your time management. You better to develop regular healthy habits to follow. Firstly, you need to find a time management tool , .e.g. Google Calendar, MS Outlook, Phone Calendar, etc.
Below are my suggestions :
1. Put down the time you need to attend classes
2. Assign some time everyday on your assignments and projects, etc. Review the material covered in the class of the day.
3. Make sure you have enough time to see and do some exercise. Try to sleep and have meals at the same time everyday.
4. Allocate some time on leisure and friend & family gatherings on weekends
5. You may need to put more time for revision before assessment
Hope this helps! Good luck!
May Almighty God bless you!

Hello, I think "College" takes you to a new place in your life. It's more open and free for you to decide how much or little you are going to put in. Mentally this is a BIG step in a young person's life. It may be just you need to adjust to this new life and all the new experiences college brings. Continue to do all those healthy things you are doing and also find time to relax, have fun and give yourself a break. You got this!!
