How do I start learning digital art on my iPad???
I use Procreate to draw. And I’ve been trying to learn, but nothing is working for me. I’m mostly stuck with YouTube videos to learn since anything else isn’t free. And the way these YouTubers teach it, isn’t for a brand new beginner.

I think part of your problem is that the program Procreate, much like those professional programs you buy in stores... isn't for beginners and that's why you're having issues finding tutorials for beginners as it's a program that's meant for those who know precisely what they're doing.
I can understand this frustration as I got a free painting program when I first got my Wacom but it was anything but beginner friendly, even with tutorials.. it wasn't the kind of program I was looking for.
My suggestion here is to find another program to start with that is less heavy in terms of needing to know what you're doing that has more tutorials on it.
I use Krita. It's a free program. It's not perfect, but it's good for beginners to make short animations like gifs, comic pages or just free style art pages of whatever size you give it and has a variety of brushes that come with it. As well as plenty of tutorials on Youtube that I reference sometimes when I forget how certain, unique brushes that I have - but don't use often - work as well as use them as refreshers when I feel I haven't done something in a long time and need to make sure I understand the tools I'm working with.
Krita isn't the only free program you can find out there that has more Youtube tutorials. I know how difficult it can be to switch from a program you're used to, to a completely new one, but I assure you that you'll have better luck with a different program.
