One thing to keep in mind is that you don't always need to pay for good advice. Think about all the successful people you know. This could include your parents, relatives, neighbors or friends' parents, etc. Explain what you want to emphasize in your statement and ask for their suggestions, especially on how to get started. Note all of their suggestions and then draft your statement. Take your draft back to those who seemed to be most interested in helping and continue to re-write it until you feel confident about it.

With every good wish and many blessings!

Hi Aeman. The first thing to remember is that a personal statement should be honest and focused. You do not need to make the reader feel sympathy. Instead of trying to sound emotional, you can talk about what challenges you faced and what you did to overcome them. Admissions officers are impressed by your strength, discipline, and the way you kept going even when life was hard.

When writing your story, you can explain your past, your actions, and your results in a simple, clear way. For example, you can talk about your financial situation without going into too much emotion. You can say that you faced difficulties at home but stayed focused on your studies. Then explain how you worked hard, managed your time, stayed motivated, and achieved 91%. This shows your character, your effort and commitment.

After sharing your background, you can talk about why studying is important to you. Explain why you love learning, why education motivates you, and what your long-term goals are. Since you want to study at a prestigious university on a scholarship, explain how this opportunity will help you grow.

You can explain that money has been a barrier for you, but you have never let it stop your dreams. This shows determination, not desperation. Universities appreciate students who stay strong even in difficult conditions.

Wishing you all the best.
