Criminal Justice is a vague enough degree, there is no specialization that matters. Your university may offer 4 to 40 different CJ electives.
What you really need are other skills. Excellence in English language, grammar, syntax, vocabulary and spelling. Spanish as a second language - ideally, 4 semesters. Computer skills- coding, white-hat hacking, cybersecurity. Psychology- the basic 101, plus abnormal Psych.
To really stand out and prepare yourself, consider enlisting - Active Duty as Military Police gives you Veteran's Preference (for life).
