I suggest you prepare a list of your skills and any experience you have had in school (sports, debate club, etc.). Also include volunteer activities and the skills you learned from those experiences. If you haven't yet volunteered, look for a variety of simple things you can do, such as serving a meal to people in need, visiting someone at a living assisted facility, run errands for a neighbor, rake leaves, etc.
Look online for examples of resumes, so you can build your own.
