Hey Carlos, I think the best way to determine what you would like to do career-wise is to gain hobbies and see what you like to do. I think it’s best to shadow someone in a career that interests you, volunteer for events, and communicate with your advisor; they should be able to direct you. I also recommend gaining skills that are valuable in all career fields.

It's great that you are thinking about getting ready for the future, spot on!
I would start from the second part of your question, because it's highly related to getting ready for the future. I would say, we do not have to be sure about what we want to do. It's actually very hard and even rare.
I have some friends who knew clearly what they would like to do from high school, they chose it as their major, worked in that area, and they are doing very well in their career. Myself is the opposite. I have changed my profession more than one time in the past 20 years. And now I am very thankful to have those different experience and skills. It allows me to see things more thoroughly.
With these new technologies like AI, many things will change or are already changing, such as the way we learn, the way we work. Today, we can hardly choose a career and expect to stay in the same area our whole career life.
Just years ago, computer science was still a hot choice. Now AI can already do very well in coding, automation, deployment, etc. People even say, the future programming language is English. Many future job do not yet exist today, like many jobs today did not exist 20 or even 10 years ago.
So, Instead of seeking what we want to do, I'd rather suggest to think about what skills and qualities will be highly valuable and can help us survive in this rapidly changing world. For example, curiosity, the mindset of lifetime ongoing learning, readiness for change, ability to turn thoughts into actions, etc.
Stay curious and open, keep learning, your curiosity will take you to what you want to do.
Chat with GPT/Gemini/ ... , tell they what you like doing and what you are good at, etc. See if you can find some small ideas that you can put into action. You will get inspired. And start to act.
