Hi Carmen, you can access both if you apply for a multinational FMCG company (eg P&G, Unilever nestle or alike). They are all following their Product/category/ business KPIs and very keen on clear budgeting and monitoring. From here, financial analysts is just one jump up to their financial department.
They also offer good trainings for both roles, should you seek to migrate from one to another.

I would look for an investment club or investment student club. Another option is looking to get your Certified Financial Planner certification or consider Certified Financial Analyst certification.

Join school clubs that focus on these skills. Meet and network with local professionals who work in this field. Try to shadow or intern with them during your school breaks. Any opportunity to grow your skills early is going to be critical to having future internships or full time jobs in the field you are interested in.
