I am not in the health field but have so many close individuals in my life who are successful nurses. One thing they all have had in common is never giving up. No matter how long it has taken, whether they had to transition nursing schools, whether failing a course they had to retake, whether balancing school and personal life felt impossible. They never gave up and kept trying. So my advice is tenacity and surrounding yourself around a strong support system.
