2. What is the most difficult aspect of the job?
3. What most surprised you about your job, good or bad?

Leonardo’s Answer
The best part of the job is solving problems and helping people through technology. It is very rewarding to see how your work can improve processes, products, or even someone’s daily life.
One of the most difficult aspects is that technology changes very quickly, so you always need to keep learning and adapting. Managing deadlines and complex projects can also be challenging.
What surprised me the most was how important communication and teamwork are. I originally thought technical skills would be the most important part of the job, but being able to explain ideas clearly and collaborate with others is just as valuable.
My advice would be to stay curious, focus on math and science, and never stop learning. Try to gain hands-on experience through school projects, internships, or volunteering. Also, do not be afraid to ask questions and learn from professionals in the field.
Biomedical engineering is an exciting career because it combines engineering, technology, and healthcare to help improve people’s lives. Best of luck with your project and future career goals!
