How can i be more hard working and helpful in Culinary Arts ?

Any tips would be helpful. I want to be the best at what I do but I know everything doesn't have to be perfect.

Learn the craft, ask questions- don’t just do “ what you want” in another chefs kitchen. Take time to learn how the kitchen works, never be afraid to do what needs to be done.
Be respectful- get there on time, do what is asked.
