Taking a second gap year is not automatically a bad decision, especially if you have a clear reason for doing it. In your case, you want to become financially stable, improve your chemistry knowledge, and prepare for admission to your dream university. Those are valid reasons.

However, before taking another drop, you can ask yourself one important question: Will this extra year bring you closer to your goal? If you use the year to save money, study consistently, and prepare well for admission, then it can be a worthwhile investment. But if there is no clear plan, another gap year may only delay your progress.

If a Master's in Chemistry is your passion and you see yourself working in research, teaching, laboratories, or the chemical industry, then it is a good career choice. At the same time, look for scholarships, education loans, or financial aid that could reduce your expenses. You may not need to wait another full year if financial support is available.
