Are there any culinary programs or internships available for high school seniors?

Hi! Im currently a senior in high school and have a passion in baking, cooking, and all things in the kitchen. I’ve tried looking for programs or internships around the San Diego area but have yet to find any. Does anyone know of any I could look into, or are there even any offered? (Preferably low cost if it’s a program)

Im currently 17 years old but will turn 18 in December.
Im not in a rush, it could be any time before college starts.
